Located 200 m from shops (bakery, butcher, Carrefour Express, restaurants...), you can do everything on foot during your stay. For your leisure, a pond open to fishing, mini golf and a Pump Track are a 1-min walk away, swimming pool is 5 min away. Many activities can be discovered in our region thanks to the Tourist Office (castles, caves, vineyards, etc.). The village is halfway between Clunysois, Mâconnais and Brionnais and nicknamed "Little Burgundian Switzerland". The space Old 50 m2 outbuilding, completely renovated, capacity 4 people with private courtyard, close to the owners' house for a relaxing stay in the heart of the village of Matour. The house is composed of two levels of 25 m2 each: On the ground floor we find: - The living room with fully equipped kitchen, microwave grill, dishwasher, induction table, refrigerator-freezer, Tassimo machine, kettle, toaster... - The living room with sofa and connected TV, internet - Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs: - A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, dressing room and desk. - One bedroom with 2 single 90 cm beds and dressing room Outside there is a private courtyard with independent access. A table and chairs under an awning will allow you to eat in the shade. Rental for individuals or professionals. A crib and high chair on request. Sheets and towels are provided.
