Come and enjoy our family farmhouse nestled in a green setting in the preserved Acon Valley. 5000 m² of wooded garden to get some air, have fun and rest. Young and old will find their happiness: foosball, trampoline, swing, sandbox, Nordic bath, sauna, brazier... Note, a stream runs along the side of the garden. Important: we only accept bookings for families or couples with children. The space Decorated with taste and simplicity, the house is arranged as follows: On the ground floor: - one bedroom with double bed and desk area overlooking the garden - separate toilet - bathroom with shower - fully equipped kitchen - a living room - dining room with a wood-burning stove On the 1st floor: - a children's bedroom with 3 single beds (including 1 pull-out bed) and a baby bed - a landing room with a single sofa bed convertible into a double bed - one bedroom with double bed and desk area - bathroom with toilet This house is ideal for two couples with children Wi-Fi connection allowing remote work or access to streaming platforms (Internet speed approx. 30-40 Mbps up and down) Baby equipment is included upon request. For security reasons, there are 3 outdoor cameras. 2 cameras are located at the corner of the house at the workshop to film the garden and 1 located in front of the parking lot and which films the parking lot. This is a second home and this device is unfortunately necessary due to burglaries. Other things to note For walking lovers, the GR 22 passes in front of our house! 30 meters from the house, you are already in the undergrowth ready to follow the course of the Avre. 150 m from the house, by reservation, the renovated tennis court, soccer field and petanque court are accessible. Rackets, balls, and pétanque balls are at your disposal. For the more athletic, a WaterRower oak rower is available. Optionally and by reservation, enjoy the incomparable experience of a Nordic bath (only from April to October) and a sauna (all year round) heated by a wood fire with views of nature! €60 for the heated Nordic bath (or sauna) €100 for the Nordic bath and heated sauna (A person comes to light and tend the fire. It takes about 2 hours of heating for the Nordic bath to 38 degrees and 1 hour for the sauna to 80 degrees before use). Note: The price of the service is per day of use, a person has to come each time to heat the sauna or Nordic bath with a wood fire. The sauna is not accessible without paying for the option. The Nordic bath is accessible throughout your stay but in this case is not heated outside of the service. Last small detail: from April to October, there is an outdoor shower heated to 38 degrees to rinse off after the Nordic bath or sauna!
