In a rocky strip of land, in the stretch of sea around the island of Tavolara, stands the beautiful Villa Il Segreto di Nereo. Its strategic location allows those who visit it to admire the wonderful sea view while enjoying an aperitif. From here lies the large lawn: an expanse of 900 square meters populated by majestic olive trees. You can also relax in the hot tub breathing in the atmosphere of holidays in Sardinia with absolute privacy. The space The villa is arranged on a single floor, furnished with neutral colors and elements inspired by the sea. You can also relax in the hot tub, breathing in the full atmosphere of a Sardinian holiday, with complete privacy. The spacious living room boasts French windows that give the atmosphere a natural lighting and continuity of space. The patio, ideal for spending pleasant moments in company, is well furnished and complete with every comfort. The sleeping consists of 3 double bedrooms and one twin room, all equipped with air conditioning, and 4 bathrooms, including 2 en suite, also characterized by a coastal style. Parking space for one car is also available. Other things to note Electricity and water to be paid at the end of your stay. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 1,000.00 euro will be held by credit card. This amount will be released automatically (according to your bank's schedule) at the end of your stay. In the event that damage are found or the rules of the villa are not observed, the agency reserves the right to retain the amount corresponding to the resulting damage. City tax to be paid in cash upon arrival, according to the Municipality's regulations. The Jacuzzi is usually open from 15 May to 15 October. However, opening and closing dates are subject to general weather conditions and approval by the owners. The use of the Jacuzzi has a daily cost of 40 euros. Extra services on request, to be booked maximum 2 weeks before your arrival: - Bed sheets and bath towels: euro 20,00 per person - Beach towels: euro 8,00 one off - Pocket wi-fi: euro 7,00 per day - Pets: euro 100,00 each one off - Baby Cot: euro 50,00 each one off - High Chair: euro 50,00 each one off Check-in is from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. and it’s subject to the schedule of our check-in agent, availability of the villa, and cleaning procedures (therefore it might be not exactly at 4 p.m.). For check-ins from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. (upon request) there is an additional fee of EUR 30.00. For late check-ins from 10 p.m. onwards (upon request) an additional charge of euro 50.00 will be applied.
