Sign our digital Rental Agreement. This confirms the terms, house rules, and conditions of your stay and is required for all guests. 2. Upload a photo ID for the primary guest. Airbnb verifies identity but does not share guest age or date of birth with hosts. Because our properties have a minimum age requirement for the primary renter, we must verify this directly for insurance and compliance. Your ID is collected through a secure portal and used only for this purpose. 3. Place a refundable $300 security deposit hold. This is a temporary authorization hold on your card, not a charge, processed through our secure property-management system. The hold is released after checkout provided there is no damage.
