The apartment is located in a residential building on the Cromwell road, walking distance between Earl's Court & Gloucester Road underground stations. The location offers unbeatable convenience with restaurants, pubs and supermarkets nearby and all the way to High Street Kensington. Tourist attractions like Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Buckingham Palace, The Royal Albert Hall, The Natural History Museum and The Science Museum are all within walking distance. The space This is a modern, recently renovated, luxury London apartment. It is in excellent condition throughout with a generous open plan design well suited for dinner parties and entertainment. Please note that there is no smoking inside the flat. Upon entry, you are greeted by the reception area, living room, dining room and fabulous kitchen featuring an island and Miele appliances. The roof skylight and the enclosed, paved garden, suggest elegance and simplicity. Walk through the piano room and you will find two double bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and recessed storage area housing a washing machine. The second bedroom has a double bed which can easily be converted into a working desk with a large surface and shelves. The second bathroom has a bathtub and loo and there is an additional visitors bathroom adjacent to the piano room. The apartment can comfortably sleep 4 guests in the bedrooms and potentially an additional guest on the sofa in the living room. Guest access The apartment has it's own private entrance for tenants. Keys and an alarm fob will be provided at check-in. Contact me for insructions on how to use the security, WiFi, entertainment, heating, lighting and other systems. Please note that there is no kettle - there is a boiling tap for tea or coffee on the right hand side of the sink. Other things to note The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. If you require a cleaner during your stay, we can arrange one. You will be responsible for paying the cleaner directly as well as any additional charges for the laundromat (if incurred). There is a washing machine but no tumble dryer. If you wish to dry anything there is a laundromat 5 minutes walk on the way to Earl's Court underground station. If an earlier check-in or later check-out is requested, we shall endeavour to accommodate these requests when possible. If you're travelling by car you will need to use an on-street paid parking bay. These are available in the area but subject to availability. On Sundays parking is free.
