A large house opening onto the garden and farm courtyard, designed for coming together: a large dining table, XXL games, retrogaming, table football, two indoor living rooms and two outdoor lounge areas, and finally the indoor pool located in the longhouse with its spa area, for exclusive use during the summer season, then shared in winter. The GR46 hiking trail runs past the house, and the Indre à Vélo cycling route is located 850 m away (Loire à Vélo connection at 4.5 km). Parking: 1 space within the hamlet and 5 spaces at the entrance gate. You will be staying in a peaceful setting, while remaining close to everything: within walking distance, a bakery, golf course and dairy; less than 10 minutes to restaurants, supermarkets, local producers and the medieval town of Loches; 30 minutes to Montrésor, Montpoupon and Beauval Zoo; 40 minutes to Chenonceau, Clos Lucé and Amboise… The area is full of hidden gems — we are always happy to share our favourite addresses. Guest access The entire house, with its private entrance, garden and courtyard, is exclusively yours. Access is independent, and you have six parking spaces, including one within the hamlet, just next to the cottage. The ground-floor suite is on one level and particularly comfortable for older guests; however, the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (not wheelchair accessible).
