Other things to note * **Pool Service:** The pool is professionally cleaned every **Wednesday around 11 AM**. Service typically takes about 20 minutes, and the pool is safe to swim in **one hour afterward**. The technician accesses the backyard through the side gate—no need for guests to be present or take any action. * **Trash & Recycling:** * **Trash (brown bin):** Collected on **Wednesdays** * **Recycling (blue bin) & Organics (green bin):** Collected on **Mondays** Our maintenance team will access the backyard via the side gate to move bins to and from the curb. You may see this service the evening before or after collection days—please don’t be alarmed. ***Pets:** Pets are welcome with a **$150 pet fee** (per stay) as long as they are **up-to-date on vaccinations** and **flea/tick free**. Please **pick up after your pet** and do not leave them unattended unless crated. * **Smoking/Vaping:** Smoking and vaping are only permitted **outdoors**. Ashtrays are provided. A **$600 deep cleaning fee** will be charged if smoke is detected inside the home. * **BBQ Grill Cleaning:** Please clean the BBQ grill after use. If you’d prefer to have our cleaning crew handle it, a **$50 fee** applies—just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this service. * **House Rules & Damages:** * No glitter, confetti, or thumbtacks on walls * No **glass** near or in the pool * Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if rules are not followed * **Safety & Security:** The property is equipped with a **video doorbell** and **exterior floodlights** for guest safety and security. * All guests are required to agree to the **house rules, terms of service, and liability waiver upon booking.
