A deluxe space for two.

The Annexe is a deluxe space for two to share. For your comfort and relaxation, you will benefit from a covered terrace, with table and chairs, and an open terrace with a bistro set. A private parking place is located directly outside the main doors. Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Causses de Quercy, in the south west of France, our little treasure is well placed for discovering all the beautiful sites of the Lot. Accreditation Valeurs Parc 2024. The space On the ground floor you will find the main living area, the kitchen and the shower room. In the living area there is a sofa, armchair and a sofa bed 160. You will also find a radio with bluetooth speaker, and a selection of books and games. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a gas hob, 4 burners, an oven, a microwave, a full size fridge-freezer, a full size dishwasher, an espresso machine, a cafetière, a kettle, a toaster and a full selection of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. In the shower room there's a walk-in shower, wash hand basin, mirror, toilet, and 2 heated, (in the winter) towel rails. On the mezzanine floor there is a queen size 160 x 200cm bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps with USB port, a chest of drawers, a clothes rail, and a hairdryer. The rate is for 2 guests and includes the bedlinen and towels. During the school holidays : Arrival day will be Saturday for a minimum 7 night stay. Guest access The barn is totally independent, with it's own private access. Other things to note I don't serve breakfast, but there will be available to you some products, (coffee, tea, grilled bread, jam, eggs, butter, milk, sugar and honey). There will also be available a few everyday products, (vegetable oil, olive oil, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar. There is an additional charge for the central heating, (12€/per day). To be paid directly at the property. The charging of electric or hybrid vehicles is not included in the price. Charging points can be found at Labastide Murat opposite the bar Jo2 or at Super U. There are also charging points in all towns and some smaller villages around. Here you will find an exceptional natural environment for walks or bike rides. Absolute tranquility and silence.
