A luxurious place for two.

The Annex is a luxurious space for two to share. For your pleasure and relaxation, you will enjoy a covered terrace with garden furniture, as well as a sunny terrace with bistro set. A parking space is available right next to the entrance. Located in the heart of the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park, in southwestern France, our little treasure is ideally placed to discover the most beautiful sites of the Lot. Accredited Valeurs Parc 2024 The space On the ground floor is the main room, kitchen and shower room. In the living room is 1 sofa, 1 armchair, and a 160 sofa bed, for your comfort. A radio with Bluetooth speaker, a selection of books and toys. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a set of kitchen utensils and dishes. In the shower room is an Italian shower, sink, mirror, toilet and 2 heated towel rails (heated in winter). On the mezzanine is a large 160 x 200 cm bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps with USB port, a dresser, a clothes rack, and a hair dryer. The rate is for 2 guests, and includes bed linens, and towels. During school holidays: days to arrive Saturday, 7 nights minimum. Guest access The barn is completely independent with a separate entrance. Other things to note I do not serve breakfast but I provide some products, (coffee, tea, toast, jams, eggs, butter, milk, sugar and honey). There will also be everyday products, (vegetable oil, olive oil, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar. Heating fee to be paid on-site, (€12/day). Central heating (radiators) with fuel oil. Here you will find an exceptional natural environment for walking or cycling. Absolute peace and quiet.
