Air-conditioned studio of 34 m2 located in a secure residence in the middle of a pine forest, with a balcony, free private parking space, unheated swimming pool from May 15 to October 15, equipped kitchen, TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, cupboard, bed linen and towels provided. The sandy beach "Les Sablettes" is 250 m away. Beautiful hiking and water activities site. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, markets, direct boat or bus connection to Toulon port and train station The space Large studio of 34 m2 air-conditioned non-smoking with reversible air conditioning, located on the 1st floor without elevator, with views in a large quiet pine forest (birds or cicadas following season!). You can have lunch on a balcony overlooking the pine forest. (Balcony also non-smoking). In the pine forest you will have access to a beautiful swimming pool with sea views of Tamaris and the harbor of Toulon, open from May 15 to October 15. (Not heated but this is not useful at this time). You will have a reserved free parking space in the secure residence. You can leave your vehicle and walk to Les Sablettes beach (5 minutes walk) or to restaurants, shops and markets. We recently completely renovated the apartment. It is convenient and comfortable, with 1 sofa one convertible rapido 160x190 with an excellent mattress, and another sofa in front with a bed of 80x190, free wifi, TV, reversible air conditioning, an ideal desk for remote work, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and towel radiator. The entrance has a storage closet with dressing room, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner. Bed linen, and towels are provided at no extra charge, as well as kitchen towels. The bed is made upon arrival. The entrance to the apartment has a nice sea view of the great harbor of Toulon and the bay of Tamaris. Check-in starts at 4 p.m. and check-out is no later than 11 a.m. You can possibly stay with three of you if you are from the same family because you will sleep in the same room. The place is not suitable for pets, so they are not allowed. The apartment is strictly non-smoking and smoking is also prohibited in the pine forest, on the balcony and at the pool. It is fully equipped for your stay and designed to make you feel at home! Just remember to bring your beach/pool towel if you're coming in the summer!🏝️ You will have access to the following water activities: Wake, foil, buoy, parasailing, water skiing, all at the nautical base 300 meters from the apartment. You'll also be able to practice: Paddleboarding, catamaran, dinghy, Windsurfing for rent or in progress with the Yacht club which is also 300 meters from the apartment in Les Sablettes. Guest access How to get here: 🚄 1) You can take the train to Toulon station. The TGV from Paris takes about 3.5 hours. Then from Toulon train station you have to walk down to Toulon port (walk 10 min) to take the boat-bus shuttle (line 18M) that arrives at Les Sablettes. From this location you will be a 10-minute walk from the apartment. 🚄 2) Another option: get off at the train stop called "Ollioules Sanary" station and take bus line 83 to Les Sablettes. From there, you will have 10 m left to walk to reach the apartment. 3) By car take the A50 motorway and exit at La Seyne-sur-Mer, then head towards Saint-Mandrier. For your stay: A 15 m walk or 4-minute drive away, you have a Leclerc store for all groceries and less than a 5-minute walk to Les Sablettes beach and all restaurants. There are several bakeries within walking distance. For other shops, count between 10 and 15 m on foot. 🏊‍♀️ You will have access to the secure residence's swimming pool from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. only from May 15 to October 15. The pool is not heated and is not open outside this period. 🚙 You can park for free throughout your stay in the residence secured by a digicode, in your private parking space. Parking is uncovered. Other things to note The pier des Sablettes is a 10 m walk from the apartment: You can take the sea shuttle to Toulon train station easily. (20 min by boat). 🛥️ In the summer you can take a cruise in Porquerolles from Les Sablettes. 🎾You'll be able to book a year-round tennis class. The club is one minute walk from the apartment. toulon/Hyeres ✈️ airport is 50 minutes away and Marseille Marignane airport is 1h10. The island of Embiez is accessible by the boat shuttle (5 minutes crossing) by going to the brusc by car (20 minutes). The apartment is close to Bandol, Sanary, Six Fours, Saint Mandrier, Le Castellet, Ollioules, Toulon... The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility because it is on the first floor without elevator access. Stays are for a minimum of two/three nights depending on the period and a minimum of 5 days during the summer holidays (from July 1 to August 31) and winter.
