House has mini split Central AC and heating plus additional heaters in each room if desired. We are available via messages and phone call if guests should need anything Central but far enough from the main streets to be very quiet yet close enough to walk to everything downtown has to offer Walk, Drive or Rideshare No pets allowed during stay. A $100 fine will be applied if pets are brought in plus any additional cleaning fees. No smoking or vaping inside either, $500 Fee will be applied.
