A charming and quiet two-story apartment in the heart of Rome's historic center, in a strategic location that allows you to easily explore the entire city on foot: walk down the famous Spanish Steps in Piazza di Spagna, be amazed by the city's view from the Pincio terrace in the Villa Borghese park, or make a wish at the Trevi Fountain! Perfect for couples, friends, or globetrotters, it's the ideal starting point for your stay in the Eternal City! The space My apartment is located on the ground floor of an ancient Roman building and is spread over two levels. The ground floor houses the living area along with the bathroom, while the sleeping area is located upstairs. Upon entering the ground floor, you'll see the living room, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, and the dining area featuring a table that can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Here, you'll also find the kitchenette equipped with two stovetops, a refrigerator, and all the essentials for preparing a quick breakfast or meal. On this floor, you'll also find the bathroom with a convenient shower cabin, bidet, and water heater. A small staircase leads directly to the sleeping area on the upper floor. The bedroom, exceptionally quiet, is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a TV, a spacious wardrobe, and a dresser for your clothes. During the winter, the house is efficiently heated through central heating. In the summer, the thick walls of the building naturally keep the environment cool. However, if you wish, there is also an air conditioner to ensure maximum comfort even on the hottest days. PLEASE NOTE: Being on the ground floor of a historic building with very thick walls, the mobile phone signal inside the studio may be weak or intermittent. But I'm happy to provide a fast, free, and unlimited Wi-Fi connection. Guest access For your stay, the house will be entirely at your disposal, cleaned and fully equipped by a professional cleaning company. The setup includes bedding (sheets, pillowcases, pillows, and blankets), bathroom linens (face and body towels for each guest), and a welcome courtesy kit (shampoo, soap, and toilet paper) for each guest.
