NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED. * PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is no fenced yard at this home however the community has an enclosed dog run and the neighborhood is perfect for walking! *Cancellation Policy* Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. 50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded. Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund. **All cancellations will not receive processing fees back (approximately 4%)**
