The beautiful cabin comfortably accommodates 12 people in 6 distinct bedrooms - two of which feature King beds, so there will be no fighting over who gets the master! Upstairs, the master bedroom features a statement king-sized bed and large, bright en-suite bathroom. Also upstairs are two additional bedrooms, both featuring queen-sized beds and plenty of closet space. On the lower level is another master bedroom with a king-sized bed, perfect if you’re staying with multiple families so each can enjoy their privacy. There is also another bedroom with a queen-sized bed, as well as a spacious bedroom with two twin-sized beds and a sofa. ↟ BATHROOMS ↟ Freshen up in one of three full bathrooms – two upstairs and one on the lower level. The full wall of windows offers a picturesque backdrop overlooking the wooded landscape and Lehigh River, and during the day will leave you flooded with natural light. Watch a movie on the WiFi-enabled 70-inch smartTV while nuzzled up on the family-sized sectional, or cozy up in the reading nook next to the window with your favorite book. ↟ RECREATION ROOM ↟ As the centerpiece of the lower level, the rec room features all the activities to keep your big group busy. Enjoy the WiFi-enabled smartTV, ping pong table, pool table, and plenty of seating. The space also has an enormous collection of your favorite new & old board games, as well as direct access to the wraparound deck and hot tub. ↟ OUTDOOR SPACE ↟ The wraparound deck is massive, and is the perfect venue for entertaining any time of year. The deck boasts an 8-person hot tub, two picnic tables, a large outdoor sectional, two chaise lounges, an outdoor heat lamp and gas AND charcoal grills. The best for last? The backyard opens up to a lush forest with private riverfront access. A short path through the backyard takes you to the outdoor fire pit at the banks of the Lehigh River, with 8 brand new polywood Adirondack chairs. Cozy up by the fire pit, break out the fishing poles, or read a book surrounded by the sounds and serenity of nature. And don't forget to lounge in the hammock tucked away by the riverbank. ↟ BIG BASS LAKE AMENITIES ↟ You and your loved ones won't ever be bored with all the amenities that this private community has to offer. Enjoy access to 2 beaches, 2 pools (indoor + outdoor), basketball, tennis and pickleball courts, a splash pad, playgrounds & more! Kayaks & paddleboards are also available to rent from Thursday to Sunday, and must be reserved 48 hours in advance. Amenity passes are priced as follows (ages 7 and above) and paid for on-site at the Clubhouse: - Daily pass: weekday $8 // weekend or holiday $10 (per day/per person) - Weekly pass: non-holiday $30 // holiday $50 (per week/per person) Guest access When you stay at Lehigh River Lodge, this is your home. You have full access to the property, inside and out, with the exception of the locked owners closet. A unique code will be given to guests prior to their stay, granting you seamless access to the home. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and includes free parking in the driveway for up to six vehicles. Please note: the home is located in a mountainous region and requires 4WD or AWD during winter months. Plowing occurs only when snowfall is 3" or more. Salt and a shovel are also provided for your use and safety Other things to note 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 The community and township enforce a strict limit of 12 guests during your entire stay (including children, except those under 3-years-old) and guests may not be swapped out mid-stay. Additional daytime-only guests are not permitted and will not be admitted through the gate. The bylaws state that you must be 25 or older to rent. All guests must fill out a brief rental application that is required by the community. Details are provided once your reservation is confirmed. Once submitted, any changes to the application—including adding or modifying guest names—will incur a $15 change fee, plus a $50 late fee if changes are made less than 3 days before arrival. Guests not correctly listed on the application will be denied entry by security and may result in a $250 fine. Please note that if you make a reservation within 3 days of your arrival date, a late fee will be charged in accordance with community policy. 🛶 Big Bass Lake has many amenities (enjoy the extensive list below!) that can be accessed for the duration of your stay for a small per-guest fee (paid directly to Big Bass Lake Community Association; more details listed above). Amenities include: - Three private community lakes - Two private beaches with certified lifeguards - Indoor pool - Recreation center with snack bar and games - Large outdoor pool with new splash pad - Clubhouse with indoor shuffleboard room, deck and full service snack bar - Tennis courts - Basketball courts - Bocce ball courts - Pickleball courts - Shuffleboard courts - Volleyball courts - Horseshoe area - 3 playgrounds - Tetherball and disc golf 🐶 We are happy to accommodate your furry friend! Please note: 2 dogs maximum within insurance policy's accepted breeds list, and a $150 pet fee. No other animal species allowed. To help us continue allowing furry friends, please ensure your pup is leashed outside at all times, never left unattended in the home unless securely crated, and that you clean up after them on the property. Woof woof! 🧻 We provide a starter set of premium supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods, etc) but do not resupply mid-stay. 🪵 If you plan on using the outdoor firepit or wood burning stove, please pick up a bundle of wood on the way, as firewood is not provided. 🛡️ All guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against a change in plans due to illness or weather. We cannot make exceptions to our stated cancellation policy. Separately, your booking includes and is protected by the Waivo damage protection program (this is damage protection, not travel insurance). 🧹 Lehigh River Lodge is a large home, and thus we pay a premium to keep it sparkling clean for guests. We do NOT make ANY money on the cleaning fee or on Airbnb’s guest service fee!
