With capacity for up to 8 adults, being able to accommodate a maximum of 10 people, the house has 4 comfortable rooms: three with double beds and one room with four individual bunk beds, ensuring a peaceful rest for everyone. Distributed over two floors, on the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a fully equipped independent kitchen, pantry, a room with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and a spacious living and dining room with direct access to the outside. On the first floor, there are three rooms with double beds, one of them en-suite with a shower base, as well as a family bathroom with a bathtub. The en-suite room has a spacious east-facing balcony, while the remaining rooms share a west-facing balcony. The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, including a combined fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. The property also offers air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, Meo Tv, iron, mosquito nets on the windows and a cosy fireplace for cooler days.
