Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. Home Truths: There is a shared rooftop space accessible to guests. This property only allows a 12-month term minimum, up to 24 months. Leasing furnished is required. Please note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
