Casa Sun Dream - Ocean View Rincon Villa

Step into a Sun Dream. Beach vibes with a unique cozy warm interior. Located in the heart of Rincon, with stunning, 180 degree ocean views, Casa Sun Dream is only minutes from the best beaches, restaurants, and shops that Rincon has to offer. There are three ample bedrooms, a great living room, huge kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining and lounging areas, ocean view balconies, and nightly spectacular sunsets around and behind the island of Desecheo. Guest access Guests have access to the front patio and yard as well as all of the main level of the house. The lower garage area is off limits to guests. it is currently being used for owner use / storage. Do not ever block the lower driveway/garage. Other things to note The built in oven is not currently working. We are waiting for a part that is on back order. The showers have the only warm water in the house which is standard in PR. We utilize *on head heater units. That means no warm baths or hand washing. Hand soaps are antibacterial. We hope to get a whole house solar hot water heater eventually, if steaming hot showers are a must then we suggest you skip this listing. The tiles are extremely slippery when wet, use caution on wet surfaces at all times. Power outages happen often and we have no control over what our utility company provides us. Please note this is a possibility during your stay!
