A washer/dryer and extra storage space is available in the garage, and the studio utilizes the street parking spot directly in front of the house. The space This rental is part of a single-family home divided into two units: a studio and a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit. Think of it like a duplex. Each unit has its own separate entrance and fenced in yard which allows for total privacy. While there is only 1 shared wall, I kindly request guests to be mindful of noise levels throughout the house to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone (this includes noise from your animals). The garage, which contains the washer dryer, is the only shared space in the house. Amenities: Keurig, air fryer, hot plate w/ pots and pans, microwave, toaster, TV with Roku. Toiletries are given to start you off, but additional items throughout your stay will be on the guest. Heat/AC: The heat/AC is controlled by the other side of the house. I have access to change it remotely if it’s ever uncomfortable for you. Fans and a space heater are provided in the studio for small adjustments. Parking: Guests use the free parking space on the road directly in front of the house. There is additional parking available 4 houses away. I ask that you do not park directly in front of a neighbor's house. Location: Walking distance to multiple restaurants, local coffee, and the beautiful Walnut Creek Park with 15 miles of trails Within a 2-mile radius, you have access to the vibrant Domain, the Q2 soccer stadium, and multiple breweries. Dogs Only: House trained dogs with no history of bites are welcomed. Dog should have minimal barking to ensure a peaceful stay for both sides of the house.
