Within half an hour you can be in Nijmegen, Arnhem or Oss for a fun night out. Prefer to stay nearby? Go fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, boating, or hiking right from the houseboat. The space Enjoy an unforgettable stay at the Mookerplas with private hot tub Experience the charm of a comfortable houseboat, beautifully located on the picturesque Mookerplas and surrounded by lush forest. The highlight: your floating hot tub on a raft right next to the houseboat – warm, atmospheric, filled with natural water and exclusively for you. Whether it’s a summer sunset or the crisp winter air, the hot tub offers ultimate relaxation in the heart of nature. Accommodation The houseboat is cozy and practically designed – perfect for a carefree stay. • Living area: Comfortable sofa and dining table, with large panoramic windows overlooking the lake. From here you step directly onto the terrace, with a view of the hot tub. • Bedrooms: • 1x double box spring bed (160x200 cm) with separate duvets and pillows. • 1x bunk bed with two single beds (80x200 cm). • Additional sleeping space on the sofa bed in the living room. • Kitchen: Compact but fully equipped with a hob, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, and kettle. • Bathroom: Modern shower cabin with glass doors, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and electric heating. Other amenities: air conditioning, free WiFi, and (for a small fee, April–November) a washing machine and dryer in the adjacent Driesen Marina. There is space next to the houseboat for your own boat (max. 2.5 x 5 m). Parking is available on a nearby lot (approx. 5 minutes on foot), with luggage carts provided in the marina. Surroundings The Mookerplas is a paradise for nature lovers and guests who wish to explore the beautiful surroundings.  • Fishing: Directly from the houseboat – no fishing license required. • Activities: Rent a luxury sloop, kayak, or e-chopper. • Hiking & cycling: Explore the Mookerheide and surrounding forests. • Day trips: The vibrant city of Nijmegen, cozy restaurants, and local attractions are just a short distance away. ✨ Whether you prefer a romantic evening in the hot tub under the starry sky or a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature – this unique houseboat with its own floating hot tub is the perfect year-round base for an unforgettable stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire houseboat , the hottub and the waterside terrace. Additionally, there is a luxury cube sauna located in the marina. The sauna is centrally located and shared with other guests. 🧖‍♂️ Use of the sauna is available for an additional fee and must be reserved in advance (subject to availability).
