Cottage @ Pie

If you are visiting family or friends or travelling through Gympie and the Mary Valley or here for work - relax in our 2 bedroom cottage set in lovely gardens. Relax on the comfortable lounge or the daybed on the timber deck overlooking the fire pit area. We are 5 minutes away from Gympie and the Showgrounds. The space Cottage @ Pie has two bedrooms with Queen beds. If you are travelling solo please request a Custom price when booking for one traveller. Linen supplied (only one thing we ask no eating Chocolates in Bed!) One inside bathroom and toilet (towels supplied. Kitchen has a full size fridge, gas hot plates, oven, microwave. Dishwasher with tablets supplied. Laundry with washing powder supplied. Covered Deck with Ziegler & Brown BBQ - which can be used BBQ which can be used as an oven for roasts or for BBQS. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt and pepper supplied. There are steps inside the cottage restricting wheelchair access or anyone who has an issue with one or two steps. During the summer months there is access to a pool on request. There is undercover parking for two vehicles in a secure yard with room for a truck or trailer. Small dogs may be allowed on request and will be secure in an enclosed pool fenced garden area. Guest access Separate from main house with bitumen road access and plenty of undercover parking. (Room for your van if you are looking for a break from caravanning or each other!) Other things to note Close to Gympie for that memorable trip on the steam train the Mary Valley Rattler or view its departure from the lovely breakfast Cafe' Soma Soma, travel the Mary Valley Scenic Drive and visit Imbils bakeries and then stop for lunch at the Railway Hotel also in Imbil (dates back to 1914) Or catch the Courtesy bus to the Award winning Gympie RSL Club for lunch or evening meal in their Atrium Bistro. Only 35 mins from the lovely village of Pomona which has four coffee shops, markets every Saturday and the must visit small batch distillery bar and bistro Pomona Distillery Co.
