Lake Martin Home for Family Fun

This is a beautiful 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom on the clear water lake. It has a beautiful dock with an upper deck and swim deck. You can park your boat in the slip. We also, have a studio attached to the upper deck which will allow you to enjoy the AC, watch TV, and still be close to the water. We are tucked off the main part of the lake in private slough with views out to the main lake. It's the perfect spot for swimming and hanging out in the water without the fear of boats speeding by. The space The walk from main house to water has about 80 steps. Guest access You will have access to the whole home, Studio down by the dock, and full use of the swim deck and boat slip. Other things to note Please bring water shoes as the swim deck and patio by the water gets hot. No fenced area around the home.
