Cameras are places throughout the EXTERIOR ONLY (front and back of property). There are 2 cameras in the backyard covering the entire yard and 3 monitoring the front of the property. *Guest must sign rental agreement and liability waiver prior to arrival and access to property. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire property, pool toys, and all interior amenities. We offer starter laundry detergent and dryer sheets. And “just in case towels” as well as a few cleansers. Other things to note Basic necessities needed to cook and bake. We provide limited cooking seasonings. Bentwood supplies guest with starter paper products such as TP, paper towels, and trash bags. Bentwood routinely sprayed for pests. Liability waiver must be completed prior to arrival. Please be advised that all visitors not listed on the original booking must be approved by the host. Visitor fees are as follows & may apply: *Day visitors: $25 per person, per day *Overnight guests: $50 per person, per night While we will make every reasonable effort to address any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, please note that the owner is not responsible for any inconvenience caused.
