This home is perfect for families or groups of friends. 🛋️ On the first level, enjoy an open living room, with a fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen, a living area with sofa bed (140 cm) and a master bedroom with private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and an intimate terrace that will offer you a gentle awakening. 🛏️ Upstairs, a landing with storage serves: A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet A double bedroom (140 cm bed) with a convertible armchair, a very comfortable place A children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed 🌿 Outside, two beautiful terraces (70 m² and 10 m²) await you for moments of relaxation in all seasons: barbecue, garden furniture, and a breathtaking view of the pool and vineyards. 🧒 The adjoining grounds will delight young and old: large green space, trampoline, children's games, and even a petanque court for lively games at the end of the day! We offer an option at €10 per person, including: Sheets 1 large bath towel 1 medium towel 1 washcloth This option is ideal for traveling light! End-of-stay 🧼 cleaning Cleaning is not included. An option is available at a rate of €100, if you want to enjoy your vacation to the end, without worrying about cleaning. 👶 Baby equipment available To accommodate the little ones, we can provide a travel crib, a high chair and a baby bathtub, on request. 👉 Important: all these options must be specified by message at the time of booking, and no later than the day before your arrival, so that we can best prepare your stay.
