Experience a beautiful coastal-style bungalow featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfectly situated along the intracoastal canal. Just a 5‑min walk to SK Village and 10 min to the beach, this home offers the ideal blend of relaxation and convenience. Enjoy your own private heated pool and spa, or cast a line from the back dock. You can even bring your boat—dock space is available for boats up to 24 ft. Kayaks are provided as well, allowing you to explore the scenic canals at your leisure. The space The home features three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king‑size bed and private ensuite, plus two additional guest rooms. One guest room includes a king‑size bed, while the other offers both a double bed and a single bed. You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, an in‑unit washer and dryer, and everything you need for a perfect beach day—beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, coolers, frozen ice packs, and a cart to easily transport everything to the shore. Two kayaks (one blue, one yellow) with paddles and lifejackets are available for guest use. Please note that a third kayak, stored in a silver cover, is not available for guest use. The spacious backyard provides plenty of room for swimming, dining, sunbathing, or simply unwinding. The home is located on a quiet, family‑friendly street. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Because sound carries easily over the water, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours, out of respect for our wonderful neighbours. For clarity & disclosure, there is a covered car and a boat stored on the property; neither is available for guest use. For safety, there are three cameras installed on the property; a camera in the front yard focusing on the street and car, a camera focusing on the boat & canal and a doorbell camera. Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight unless prior approval is obtained from the owner. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please avoid hosting visitors or unregistered guests. Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of all members of their party at all times. Guest access Guests can check in via keyless entry. Other things to note No parties are allowed. Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum as voices travel across the water and this is a family friendly neighbourhood. Beach amenities such as beach towels, a beach cart, pool noodles, beach chairs, umbrellas are provided. There are two hair dryers for guest use. We have both a drip and a Kurig coffee maker. A variety of spices are available for guest use. For those who have a pet (one pet only please), the pet fee is non refundable. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided. There is a doorbell camera installed on the property by the front door. There is also a camera facing the front yard for security and one facing the boat, boat lift and canal. The hand held device used to start/stop the hot tub can not get wet. Guests will be charged a replacement fee should the device break. Garbage/ recycling day is Monday. Guests are asked to take their garbage to the curb if they happen to be staying midweek. There is a car (covered) and a boat located on the property. Neither are for guest use. There are three kayaks located on the property. Two are for guest use, one is reserved for owner use only (the covered kayak). Please return kayaks (stored upside down as to not allow rainwater to pool) at the side of the house when checking out. There is space to moor a boat along with cleats provided.
