Duplex solarium with 3 bedrooms (two double, one single) Large 30 m2 terrace, with space to eat and relax in the sun Perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 20-minute walk from the city center There is also public transport (bus and metro 2 minutes' walk from the apartment) for easy mobility between our apartment, the city center, the airport and the beaches The neighborhood has free parking 2 minutes from the apartment The space The accommodation is bright with a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are equipped with: 1 bed of 140 x 180 (one double bedroom) 1 trundle bed that can accommodate two people 180 x 180 (2 mattresses of 90 x 180). The last bedroom is upstairs with a 105 x 180 bed The best part of the accommodation is the superb private solarium terrace upstairs that will allow you to enjoy pleasant moments, sunbathe, have an aperitif with friends, lunch or dinner of your choice From the living room, you will climb the stairs giving you access to 25 m2 of pure pleasure on this terrace You will have views of the hills of Malaga The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and you will have all the beach restaurants at your disposal Supeco supermarket is a 2-minute walk Mercadona supermarket 5 minutes away Repsol gas station is opposite the apartment Princesa Metro Station is also a 3-minute walk to go directly to the city center. Parking is a stone's throw away, just behind the apartment allowing you to park easily and free of charge (specified area to be specified when booking) New for your departure from the accommodation to the airport, a new bus stop has been placed right next to the accommodation allowing you to arrive at the airport in less than 20 minutes.
