Just 35 mins from Tahoe and 10 mins from the airport, it features 2 queen beds, free parking, and basic kitchen amenities. Enjoy easy access to parks, Meadowood Mall, and dining—just minutes from the heart of Downtown Reno. The space This apartment offers the modern amenities that cater to your every need: - 2nd floor and no elevator. Must climb stairs - Open parking - AC/Heater in the living room and a fan in the bedroom. - Self check-in and check-out - Super-fast WiFi - Fresh towels and bathroom essentials - Pre-cleaning before your arrival To get to your cozy space, just climb up the stairs to the 2nd floor, and there you'll discover Unit. NOTE: This apartment doesn't have an Elevator. Guest access Before you begin your stay, I kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the following house rules. Energy Conservation: Please be mindful of energy usage. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when leaving the house. Also, ensure all windows are closed, and the door is securely locked. Quiet Hours: Our neighborhood is home to many full-time residents. To maintain a harmonious community, kindly refrain from making loud noise between 8 pm and 8 am. NO PARTIES, violations will result in a $500 charge to the card on file. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please use designated outdoor areas, such as the balcony. Violations will result in a $500 charge to the card on file. Pet-Friendly Environment: Pets are welcome, but to preserve the cleanliness of the space, please keep them off the furniture, especially sofas and beds. Other things to note There is a Blink Security Doorbell on the exterior of the front door is activated by motion and records video to ensure the safety of all of our guests. Apartment capacity is limited to 5 guests. 4 people can sleep on the queen beds while the 5th person will be on the couch (your discretion). Violations will result in a forced cancellation with no refund. Note, we send all guests a short rental agreement to ensure all guests abide by house rules. No Pets allowed.
