Additional street parking can be found at the bottom of the hill. The bright living room has a 55” Smart TV and opens out to a spacious, serene, covered patio. Stream all your favorite shows from the comfy couch, chill on the outdoor daybed while you listen to the birds sing, or get some work done while taking in the beautiful view. Main Level: Open floor plan living area with 55” smart TV that opens out to a fully furnished covered patio. - 55” TV equipped with AppleTV Brand new, fully equipped chef’s kitchen with all new appliances including: gas stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, blender, electric tea kettle, and coffee maker (coffee and tea provided). Powder Room - 1/2 bath guest bathroom located off the kitchen/dining room Guest Bedroom with private bathroom with walk-in shower, queen bed, and 47” smart TV. - 47” TV equipped with Chromecast and AppleTV 2nd Floor (16 Stairs Required): Wake up to spectacular scenic views from a luxurious king sized bed in the Primary Bedroom Suite. The Primary Bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom with a large, walk-in shower that has 2 separate shower heads, a 55” smart TV, and a large, uncovered patio - perfect for your morning yoga practice or to enjoy a book and a cup of tea. - 55” TV equipped with AppleTV and Chromecast Full size washer/dryer. Parking: 1 parking spot in a detached garage. As this home is located at the top of a steep, single-lane private road cul-de-sac shared with the neighbors, additional vehicles must be parked on the street down the hill. No parking in the cul-de-sac. It is a short walk up hill. Guest access all of it! Although there are few private storages in the house that are labeled ‘private storage’ owner personal things. Other things to note Although I am a new host I have NO doubt that your stay at Glen oak retreat will meet your expectation and more the experience will be luxurious I am very committed to guarantee enjoyable stay . The house itself was hosted by a property management company for quite a while, guests satisfaction were 5 stars! I would like to have more approachable and personal experience as a host, therefore I am taking over as a new host rather than using Company management. Registration Details HSR24-001993
