Casa Areo is a two-storey detached house in the heart of the old town of Chania. It consists of a ground floor open plan kitchen-living-dining room 50 sqm and from 1 st floor with two bedrooms ,the main bedroom has 1 large double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds which become a large double bed if desired, 1 and bathroom also 50 sqm. (Total indoor space of 100 sqm). The two floors are connected by an internal staircase . It has a private garden The space The house has 2 bedrooms one has 1 large double bed and in the second room there is a double bed or two alone that is configured according to the requirements of the guest. It has a large bathroom upstairs completely renovated with a washer to clean your existing clothes. Each room has its own air conditioner for the autonomous cooling or heating of the space depending on your desire. The garden is purely private with fencing . The house is located in the center of the old town and there are too many restaurants bars supermarkets and anything else desired within walking distance . Guest access Parking during the summer months is a little difficult but we can indicate where you can park . The location of the home is accessible on foot or by taxi or car . 5 minutes walk from the nearest bus station.
