This includes the cozy and stylish living room, the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable bedroom with a double bed, the modern bathroom with a shower, and any other amenities or features of the space. Other things to note Check-In & Check-Out Guidelines Standard Check-In Time: After 3:00 PM Standard Check-Out Time: By 10:00 AM Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Property Policies Toiletries: Complimentary toiletries, including toilet paper, shampoo, and laundry detergent, are provided in limited quantities. Host Access: For essential reasons such as maintenance or inspections, the host may request access to the property with at least 24 hours’ prior notice. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fee of 500 GBP will be charged for odor removal, duct cleaning, and sanitization if smoking occurs indoors. Lost Key Policy: A penalty will be imposed for lost keys to cover lock replacement. For lost access key, a charge of 150 GBP will apply per card applies.
