The space Your vacation begins as you step inside your luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom custom built waterfront home. Take in the tranquil views of the Grand Canal showcased by the soaring ceilings and expansive windows. The gourmet kitchen has everything you’ll need – stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, gas cooktop, filtered water and ice, coffee bar, and plenty of cooking spices, ready for your next meal! Your dining room, with direct access to the deck, has seating for 8, and another 4 more at the counter. Relax in your comfortable living room with large Smart TV, large unobstructed views of the canal, gas fireplace and cozy reading nook. Head upstairs to find your dedicated workspace with a full view of the canal and speedy Wi-Fi to help you stay connected. Escape the rain or settle in for the night in your very own movie room, furnished with comfy reclining theatre seating and an extensive movie library. You’ll love the multiple spaces for your family and friends to spread out. The central air conditioning and brand-new washer and dryer aid in a comfortable stay with the conveniences of home. Guest access Spend more time on vacation with a 1:00pm check-in time, and a 1:00pm check-out time! No need to wait around till late afternoon to access our house or rush your packing to make it out by mid-morning. It’s your vacation, you should spend it relaxing! Just outside the double-wide sliding glass doors, access your fully fenced backyard with direct access to your own private dock. Grab a kayak from our boathouse and get ready for an adventure on the 23 miles of hidden canals. Your extensive deck features a spacious saltwater hot tub and outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, and comfy seating with elegant, wraparound railings and solar lighting for convenience and safety. Grab a blanket and take a couple steps off the back deck to access the gas fire table and surrounding Adirondack chairs for an evening filled with warmth and conversation. Guests have full access to our cruiser bicycles to adventure around the neighborhood, over the canal bridges and off to check out the beach, just a short ride away. Sandy toes are no problem with our dedicated foot wash station at the front of the house as you arrive back from a day of fun! Vacations at the new Ocean Shores Canal House are perfect for comfortably accommodating a family or group of 10 people total, each with their own dedicated bed (up to 9 adults, 1 child).
