Bear Bottom Cabin greets you with a long private drive and parking for up to 3-4 vehicles. The property sits toward the top of the mountain on a wooded lot of almost 3 acres. The wraparound porch is perfect for morning coffee while watching the sunrise and the deer gathering in the yard, or cook dinner in the evening on the propane grill while enjoying the view and the sounds of nature. The main level entry welcomes you to an open living room with two sofas and a recliner, a large stone gas fireplace, a 65-inch smart TV, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. The master is also on the main level with a king bed, workspace, and French doors that lead out to the screen porch overlooking the mountains. Upstairs is a loft that is perfect for kids. There are two sets of bunk beds and an additional twin bed, a half bathroom, a 32-inch smart TV with a gaming console and a multipurpose table (Foosball, Pool, and Air Hockey). Downstairs is two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One of the queen rooms also has a 32-inch smart TV. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and an additional full bathroom. There is a door off the stairs that lead to the hot tub and firepit. There is a ramp that is handicap accessible in the rear of the wraparound porch that provides access to the main level of the home. Highlights: • Free parking on premises. Four-wheel drive is not necessary, but may be required in snowy/icy conditions. Please plan accordingly based on weather conditions. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property. One is facing the upper driveway and trash receptacle. The other is facing the lower driveway/entrance. The third is near the front entrance door facing outward. It is in place for your safety. Please do not touch or tamper with it. There is a Dollar General that is about a 10-minute drive that will have some food items and essentials. The nearest full grocery store is approximately a 15-20 minute drive in downtown Ellijay.
