This Airbnb is a large, quiet corner unit with fully stocked premium amenities, plenty of sleep space and privacy, onsite restaurant, and local hosts dedicated to providing a great stay. The space The Unit: -Hosted by local natives! -Sleeps up to 6 Guests: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, couch (day bed), 1 XL twin size rollaway bed with memory foam mattress (kept in walk in closet if needed). -Private balcony with seating and beautiful views. - We fully stock and restock premium amenities including coffee and toilet paper throughout your stay! -Full Kitchen: single serve Keurig, stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, drink ware, utensils, basic spices and oil, and cleaning supplies available for use. -Two private bathrooms: soaps, shampoo, toiletries, and plush towels provided. -Living space: 70” TV with streaming apps available, including NFL Sunday Ticket! We also have an Alexa in the unit for music. -Washer and dryer in unit with laundry detergent stocked. -Free parking space included with reservation (1 vehicle). Additional parking available for fee. -There are absolutely no cameras inside the unit aside from Alexa which is kept on private mode. We respect our guests privacy! Building Amenities: -Secure building in prime, walkable location. -Onsite: Sixt car rental service. -Onsite: Tabu Shabu Japanese Restaurant -Onsite: Tipsy Scoop ice cream parlor -Pool: 3rd floor rooftop -Fire pits, grills, and outdoor dining area. -Lounge: pool table, cards table, large TV’s and gathering spaces. -Gym: well appointed gym with weights, machines, and studio! -Lobby/Workspace: relaxed 2 story lobby area with small private conference room available for guests use. Guest access Guests will pick up the room key from the lobby and will have access to the entire unit. Guests will also have access to the parking garage, gym, rooftop pool, and lounge area. Other things to note Please keep in mind that we have a strict cancellation policy and do not offer last minute refunds if you need to cancel! We strongly recommend opting in for trip protection when you book. Last minute cancellations due to family emergency, illness, weather, or flight cancellations are very common, and trip protection can save you hundreds to thousands. Trip protection also covers flights, luggage, and incurred emergency expenses during your trip. We want our guests to be protected, while protecting ourselves as small business owners. We greatly appreciate your understanding. Amenities including the building pool are also subject to closure, and due to this being outside of our control we cannot offer refunds, but always solutions!
