Soot House is totally restored and sat here when Al Capone was allegedly partying up the street at Sleepy Hollow! This piece of South Haven history feels modern and new while still holding onto the charm of its past. The space Tucked behind beautiful pine trees, our house is situated on a peaceful wooded lot two minutes from the beach and four minutes from downtown. There’s plenty of space for grilling and outdoor activities/games! It’s a “we’re right by the beach, but we get our space when we want it type of place.” Enjoy the inside filled with lots of art, lots of color - lots of insta-friendly moments!
