Tucked away in a quiet setting in the heart of St Ives’s Downalong quarter, this delightful cottage is a just 100 metres from the town’s bustling streets, and within a pebble’s throw of the fabulous Porthmeor Beach. One of a handful of character properties in Hicks Court which sits at the entrance to the narrow cobbled streets of The Digey, the location of this little gem is superb.
