Located in Saint-Augustin-sur-Mer (17), a few minutes from the beaches of Saint-Palais and the Golf de Royan, Villa No. 16 offers: -4 Bedrooms -Living room with kitchen + a sofa bed for 2 (160cm) -4 bathrooms and 5WC. Total sleeping arrangements: 10 pers. Heated pool (8 m*4 m) (wintering at the end of September at Easter). Hot tub on the terrace (€75 option). Enclosed private garden, planted. Non-smoking house - pets not allowed. Other things to note The swimming pool is heated from Easter until the end of September. The heating set is 28 degrees. Precision for the month of April / according to the weather: we cannot guarantee that the water reaches 28 degrees if the temperatures are cool at night. Linens are not provided but are optional. Please find below a list of possible options: - Linen (bed and towels, bath mat and tea towels): €25/person/stay -Jacuzzi: 75€/stay - Baby high chair: €25/week - Umbrella bed: €25/week - Hosting voucher (coffee, tea, milk, 2 bottles of wine, jam, soap, etc.): €35 We offer a concierge service to provide you with services such as: private chef, massage, hairdresser, institute care, childcare, organization of your activities, visit and wine tasting etc. (quote on request). Security deposit check (€500) to be delivered upon arrival (not cashed and returned within 8 days of your departure) + signing of a rental agreement. RESIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENT - the house is not suitable for festive weekends.
