No amenities available. The space By staying in this apartment, you’ll be in a quiet residential area with quick access to everything you need. Just steps away from convenience stores like Asturiano and Oxxo, and only minutes from a variety of shopping centers, supermarkets like Fresko Juriquilla, cafés such as Entre Tanto Café (their bread is simply delicious), a wide range of restaurants offering tacos, pizza, sushi, seafood, steaks, and more, as well as pharmacies, gyms, and prestigious universities like UVM, UNAM, and UAQ. An ideal location for getting around Juriquilla easily, whether on foot or by car. Guest access Upon reservation confirmation, you will be contacted via cell phone message with instructions for your arrival. For security purposes, the condo requires the following information from our guests: the ID of the reservation holder, full names of all accompanying guests, and vehicle information for access. This information will be requested prior to your arrival, with the guarantee that it will be used appropriately. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are available at an additional cost and subject to availability. Upon arriving at the condo, please identify yourself at the security gate, providing the reservation holder’s name and apartment number. The apartment is accessed via a digital lock, and the code will be provided before your arrival along with instructions. The apartment includes two vehicle access tags; please leave them in the apartment upon departure. Lost tags incur an additional charge of $200 MXN. Visitors are not allowed without prior host authorization, and parties inside the apartment are prohibited. Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. Please respect the assigned parking spaces and do not use additional spots. Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in a $2,000 MXN fine. Place garbage in securely tied bags inside the outdoor dumpster at the designated times. Use of extra linens or towels without prior notice will incur an additional charge. Any violation of condo rules or damage to the apartment will result in fines and additional charges. Other things to note To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer high-speed fiber-optic internet and two screens with streaming via the ThunderTV app, where you can access national and international channels, as well as a wide selection of the latest series and movies.
