Converted 17th century barn with garden

Manor Barn is a lovely 17th-century converted barn in the picturesque village of Andoversford. This Grade II listed property has 3 bedrooms, one ensuite, with 2 king size and 1 double beds. The property has been recently renovated, maintaining it’s original features, and has been tastefully furnished throughout. My home is a perfect base to soak up village life, explore Cheltenham and all the Cotswolds has to offer.. The space Spread across two spacious floors, this expertly converted barn offers the perfect balance of space and privacy. The thoughtful renovation seamlessly blends preserved historic character—including exposed beams and original Cotswold stone walls—with stylish, contemporary upgrades, creating a truly wonderful place to stay. The expansive downstairs layout features a large, welcoming living and dining area, complete with a cozy log burner and a Smart TV. The dining space comfortably seats six and features elegant French doors that open directly onto the front garden—ideal for embracing the spring and summer warmth. Towards the rear of the barn, you'll find the modern, fully equipped kitchen, featuring a premium Hotel Chocolat Nespresso machine. A separate WC and a practical utility room offer the perfect spot to kick off muddy boots and coats after a day of exploring. Outside, the secluded private garden is an absolute haven, offering the perfect backdrop for morning coffee in the sunshine or a relaxed evening barbecue to unwind. The first floor has the master bedroom with king size bed (Hypnos mattress) and ensuite shower room. There are two further bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other with a double bed (Gainsborough mattress), as well as a family bathroom. All bedrooms come with anti-allergy pillows and duvets, hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries. There is free on street parking, on first come first served basis, approx 50 metres from the barn. Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property. There is a travel cot and High chair at the property (please note that bed linen for the travel cot is not provided). Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the cottage sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before. Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property, including exclusive use of the garden. They are based here in the Cotswolds and are able to offer local expertise before, during and after your stay!
