However, you are just minutes from major attractions such as El Bosque Nacional del Yunque, Los Kioskos de Luquillo, and Hacienda Carabalí; This will be like home for you or for the entire family, including your furry friends. The space Apartment 121 is located on the second level of this oceanfront condo. You are just steps away from the beach with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from your front balcony. At 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it is one of the largest units in the complex, you are welcome to bring your entire family, friends, and pets. It is fully furnished and expertly equipped with everything you need to ensure your stay. As you enter, you will find a spacious living room with a very comfortable sectional that can sleep 1-2 people, a large main A/C unit, and a huge 75-inch flat screen TV with all your favorite apps. The unit has full cable TV with all the channels as well as high-speed internet for your browsing needs. A back balcony with table and chairs to relax on while admiring the greenery of the rainforest located at the back of the complex. The kitchen has been expertly equipped with all the essentials so you won't want for anything, let your inner chef wake up, just like you would at home. It also has a washer and dryer. As you enter the hallway, you will find to your right the master bedroom with a full private bathroom and queen-sized bed, wall-mounted A/C unit, and wall-mounted flat screen TV. The second bedroom has an adult-sized bunk bed for the older kids or the kids at heart, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a wall-mounted AC unit. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a wall-mounted AC unit. Finally, you'll find the second full bathroom, so getting ready for a day at the beach or a night out is easy Guest access This is a 24-hour secured complex with a patrolled by a professional and dedicated security staff. There is a secure vehicle gate which you will access via a wireless remote. You will have a special access key for the pedestrian gate and the beach access gate. You will also have access to two parking spaces that have been labeled with the numbers 5-121 and 6-121. Other things to note We do want to mention some information that will be very important for everyone: 1. There are 3 main keys: - Main door gate - Main door - Gate to the beach Any of these that are lost will have a cost of $100 each to replace. These are high security keys and will require replacement of the entire cylinder if lost. We take security of you and your valuables seriously. 2. The parking gate has a wireless remote. If it is lost it has a cost of $100.00. 3. This is a non-smoking apartment. Failure to comply with this guideline will result in a penalty of $175.00. 4. The living room and kitchen have the main air conditioner. When you turn it on you must close the sliding door to the balcony, this will help keep it cool at all times. You must also ensure that the storm shutters are at least half open to allow the outdoor unit to expend heat. 5. Each bedroom has a separate air conditioning unit, so your guest can set their units to their own comfort levels. 6. If you want to work and need to print a document, we have installed a printer so you can connect any device to it. 7. The apartment has high-speed internet wifi and cable TV on the Main 75-inch Living room TV for those great movie nights. 8. We are pet friendly, so bring your furry friends, but please follow the complex rules regarding cleaing up their droppings.
