Brady’s Hideout is the perfect place from which to explore Hobart and its surrounds whilst relaxing and enjoying all the creature comforts and superb water and mountain views. Close to the airport, Hobart city, the breathtaking Tasman Peninsula and the stunning East Coast and surrounded by beaches, wineries and golf courses, this is the perfect spot for you if you are into sightseeing, fishing, swimming and surfing, golfing or bushwalking. If it's not on your doorstep, it isn't far away! The space The location of Bradys' Hideout makes it the ideal base from which to explore. 10 min from Hobart International Airport, approximately 20 min from the Hobart waterfront and CBD, 5 min from the township of Sorell and only a stone's throw away from Richmond and the beautiful Coal River Valley with all its wonderful wineries and cellar doors. Close to the beautiful beaches of the East Coast and Maria Island and only an hour's drive from Port Arthur in the heart of the Tasman Peninsula - the most extraordinary scenery and world class bushwalking including the Three Capes Track. Brady's Hideout itself is a lovely home with views to die for. There is one beautiful queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a generous loungeroom, a fully equipped kitchen, two separate deck areas and several outdoor garden spaces. The loungeroom, kitchen and deck areas all have incredible views across the Pittwater and on to Kunanyi/Mt Wellington. My little veggie garden in the court yard is a real sun trap - great for that morning coffee. The main deck area has a gas BBQ and enjoys all the afternoon sun. Just a beautiful spot to enjoy the views and alfresco dining. You won’t get too hot or cold with a reverse cycle heat pump as well as a wood heater. Nothing like curling up in front of the fire with a glass of red and a good book! Soak up all day sun or pop down to the water for a fish or a swim. There are a lovely little beach, a boat ramp and jetty - great spots for swimming and fishing and all accessible within a couple of minutes stroll from the backyard. Also within easy walking distance are a little convenience store, a pub with restaurant and bottle shop, a 24 hour service station and several bus stops providing services into the Hobart CBD. Guest access Brady's Hideout is our home! Guests have asked if they will be sharing with us when they stay at Brady’s. Not at all! We frequently work away from home so we make Brady’s available for guests during the times when we’re not there. You will have complete privacy, we will not be staying at the house while you are. Other things to note You want to make the most of your time so feel free to check in early (1pm). I might even be able to have you check in earlier than this, just ask. Similarly, check out is not until 11am on the day of your departure so you can take your time getting organised or even have a little sleep in.
