Relax with the whole family at this private house on the Caribbean Sea. Beautiful horizon with sunrise over the ocean and sunsets over the mountains. Relax on the beach, kayak, snorkel, swim and beach comb. Mayan ruins, hiking with water falls within one hour drive. Restaurants and shopping within 15 minutes and many more within 30 minutes. This large 3 bedroom home has 3 bathrooms with an outdoor shower and a sheltered sitting area where you can take in the beauty of Belize.. The space Large ocean lot with plenty of room and privacy. Palm trees and clean sand with a coral reef just 100 metres away. Plenty of room to park more than one car. Guest access The whole lot and house are for your private use, except one utility room. Other things to note There is a coral reef just 150 metres from shore. You can snorkel out to the reef from the beach just 8 lots north of our lot. I snorkel from our beach front but you can save time and walk up public beach front and snorkel directly out to reef.
