Private mountain cabin with a view, sauna & cold tub

Private and secluded cabin on Blefjell with beautiful mountain views, hot tub and barbecue area. Perfect for couples, friends or families who want to relax in quiet surroundings. The cabin has a large terrace, barbecue area, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and sleeping space for 8. Summer as winter, the area offers hiking trails, ski slopes and real mountain roe - just two hours from Oslo. The space Welcome to mountain tranquility with that little extra The cabin is undisturbed and quiet on beautiful Blefjell wood-fired sauna and views of forest and mountains. Here you can relax completely, whether you want a quiet weekend with a fire on the fireplace, or an active holiday with skiing or hiking right outside the door. In the photos you also see a wood fired hot tub. There is something that doesn't work completely with the oven, so you can't expect this to work well, some guests try and get heat after several hours of firing, others can't. The cabin contains • Kitchen with dining area and open plan to TV lounge and sofa • 3 bedrooms inside the cabin • 1 additional bedroom in separate annex (located few meters away from main cabin) • Bathroom with shower and water from well • Cinderella incineration toilet • Large terrace with seating area, barbecue and space to relax • Wood-fired sauna and year-round hot tub Sleeps There are a total of 7 beds, of which 4 are queen size (suitable for couples, siblings or close friends). It provides a total space for up to 11 people if you share some of the beds. However, we have set the limit of 6-8 people initially, as respect for toilet capacity. 👉 Feel free to reach out to me via messages if there are more of you – and we'll see if we can find a good solution. Practical info • There is a road all the way up to the cabin, also in winter. • The toilet is Cinderella incineration toilet • Water is pumped electrically from well (see check in instructions) • Fire pit is in the stall and can be used in the designated space • Firewood bags are available in the storage room and can be purchased at cost (NOK 110/bag). • You bring your own bed linen, but if you wish and let us know, we can often arrange this if agreed (NOK 150 per person). •You leave the cabin as you found it :) Welcome to a cabin with a real mountain feeling and good comfort – perfect for both winter and summer. Guest access The entire cabin and annex are available for the tenant Other things to note NOTE: It is important for sealing and road safety: It is the way all the way to the cabin, we book the seagulling of the road so that it is musty for you to arrive. The last hill up to the cabin is quite steep, so if you have 4-wheel covers and good tires, and calculate ok, you can drive all the way up to the cabin. If you are unsure if you come all the way up, you can stop in your own parking lot at the bottom of the hill and it is about 50 meters to walk from there. Should you not come up the hill on the slippery lead, there is a risk that you will slide backwards... From the driveway to the front door it is approximately 12 meters. This stretch may be snowed if it has snowed since we were there ourselves, and you have to calculate your shoveling - it snows a lot on Blefjell :) Snowshoes/shoots are on the outside of the stall
