Nestled next to our house (shared courtyard), you benefit from a private and secure space with a parking space right next to the chalet. Chalet layout • Ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen, dining table, real comfy sofa bed, and shower room. • Floor: A sleeping area with a double bed (160 cm) and a dressing room to store your belongings and suitcases. We provide towels, bath mat and tea towels for your comfort . Upon request, enjoy the adjacent tennis court (snowshoes provided). Whether you're a lover of hiking, mountain biking, or winter sports, you'll be seduced by the many activities nearby. The chalet is in a great location: • Ski resorts: 20 min from Les Brasses and Hirmeraz, 40 min from Sommand and Samoëns. • Proximity to cities: 30 min from Geneva, 20 min from Annemasse, 38 min from Annecy and close to the medieval village of Yvoire.
