On the -1 floor, you will find a service area with a washing machine, refrigerator, boiler and ample storage space. The ground floor (floor 0) has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room that connects with the outdoor terrace and the pool, as well as a large side patio. On the first floor (floor 1), there are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi, and two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom.
