The two upper bedrooms with air conditioning have a direct exit to the roof terrace with a breathtaking view over the fields and the pool all the way to Santanyi. The bedroom on the ground floor, is on the north side and has a fan. In addition, the main house also has a beautiful living room with fireplace and large dining table, a very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful covered terrace with dining table for 8 people and barbecue area. The good WLAN makes relaxed surfing and home office possible without any problems. About 50m next to the main house there is a small guest house for another 2 persons. The guest house has an open plan living-bedroom with air-conditioning, a private bathroom with bathtub as well as its own fridge, coffee maker and a very cosy terrace in front of the house. The beautifully landscaped garden around the house, as well as the gorgeous, private pool area has various relaxation options. Hammock, hanging chair, swing, waterbed by the pool, sun loungers, armchairs and much more. Behind the casita / guest house there is an extra play area for children with table tennis, basketball hoop, slide and much more. The house is also a dream in the winter months as it has oil central heating, double glazed windows and a fireplace. We have a full range of equipment on site for toddlers and babies.
