Your company will be close to everything when you stay in this relatively centrally-located accommodation in Kungshamn. 2 mountains on either side, perfect for walking, meditation or watching the sunset. 10 minutes to the jetty or restaurant and 10 minutes to Smögenbron. 3 bicycles to borrow. 3 bedrooms, 1 room double bed plus sofa bed, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 with double bed, total 8 people + 1 empty, room, there are two tent beds in the house. Social areas Plenty of space for parking. Earlier check-in if the house is ready. The space Newly renovated villa, built in 1930, classic Bohus house with granite foundation. There is a balcony/veranda and a glazed-in part. Plenty of space for socializing. The garden is about 830 m2 and the robot takes care of the grass, but sometimes it gets stuck and needs help getting to the charging station. There is room for a motorhome to park. Bed linens and towels are included, as well as coffee, tea, spices, etc. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note Three dogs usually live in the house, allergy-friendly dogs. I have two listings on AirBnB, one room can be rented most of the time but for a few weeks in July/August you can rent the whole house. Mostly summer guests in the houses around, 2 houses are year-round housing and you can knock there if you need help with anything if the owner is not available. A person is on call and can come at short notice, information and phone numbers are available in the house with other information. The two adjacent mountains provide nice views, if you like to climb a little you can get to the swimming area without having to go out on the road. You go to Ödetomten. Children are welcome but there are 2 steep stairs in the property.
