All linens are provided for you as well as shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The kitchen and living room are in one open concept space. Cook to your heart's content on the gas range! We provide pots & pans, salt & pepper, tea and coffee pods for the Keurig. The kitchen also has a large marble top island with barstools for eating. The living room has a couch with a chaise lounge to enjoy 55" Smart TV! You will have the entire apartment to yourself. The Washer/Dryer is located in foyer just outside the apartment (BYO Detergent). One parking space on our lot, as well as permits for street parking for additional vehicles. We are available via text message and the app. The East Rock neighborhood of New Haven, named for nearby East Rock, a prominent trap rock ridge and hiking trail, is one of the premiere neighborhoods in the city. The area is home to a large group of Yale staff, and faculty, as well as many young professionals and families. East Rock is also a popular destination for cyclists, as a city bike lane runs along Orange Street, the neighborhood's spine. The abundance of coffee shops, eateries and the like make this a must see while in New Haven. Orange Street is considered a main artery of New Haven. Access to bus routes and the train is walkable.
