Chriswood House

Enjoy a stay in a unique setting. This converted garage is set in beautiful grounds which includes 2 ponds and a stream, as well as woodland. Chriswood House is situated in a quiet hamlet in the New Forest. The area is great for those who enjoy the outdoors, walking and cycling, and is only a 20 minute drive to the coast for a day at the beach. Outdoor table & chairs with great views down my land. The space Chriswood House has an open plan bedroom and living area, with an en suite shower room. There is a fridge, tea & coffee making facilities in the living area. I will also leave a welcome basket with essentials upon your arrival. The large garage doors at the bedroom end open out onto a gravel seating area with table & chairs overlooking the pond. Guest access Chriswood House is situated in the grounds of my cottage. You will have Chriswood House to yourselves and access to all the land infront of Chriswood House and to the side, including the woodland and a summerhouse to enjoy a sundowner! I have in total 7.5 acres, so plenty of outside space to explore. Only the area behind Chriswood House which is close to my cottage is private. Other things to note My land is not safe for children or dogs as have large deep pond with surrounding electric fence. My property is quite remote, so highly recommend you will need wheels to get about as even the local pub is quite a hike to get to. Non-smokers only please.
