House between Caen and the sea

Pleasant stone house in a small farmhouse renovated with passion. Located in the small village of Rosel, quiet while being 10 minutes from the center of Caen, 20 minutes from Bayeux and 25 minutes from the sea. In addition to the comfort offered by the interior space on 3 floors, you will enjoy in complete privacy a spacious terrace and a south-facing garden with private entrance. If you like homes with old-world charm and modern decor, you will be seduced. The space A large white gate and a white door adorned with a typical porch of the houses here will tell you that you are there! You will have a private parking space but if you have two vehicles I will let you access the courtyard. Because you will be in an old small farmhouse and I live there. My house is in the yard, which will allow you to ask me if necessary. The house is on several levels, so there are steps to access the terrace and then the accommodation. On the ground floor, the living/dining room then the kitchen as well as toilets. On the first floor, the "master" bedroom on the right with a 160 x 200 bed. On the left you will access the toilet and next to the bathroom. Finally on the top floor, the "children's" bedroom where you will find 3 beds of 90 cm, 2 of which can be joined together to make a double bed of 180 cm. Other things to note Regarding accessories such as bicycles, barbecue, baby chair, baby bed, etc., please let me know in advance so I can plan. For the gas barbecue, I will ask for a contribution according to the length of stay and use. Thank you
