Roadside parking Outside shower for when returning from beach. Ski/bike storage on request. Self check-in between 2pm and 10pm Check out 10am Early/late check in by pre request. Guest access Guests have access to their own fully contained suite, including bathroom, kitchenette and deck. Street parking available directly outside property on a quiet residential street. Other things to note Our home is heated/cooled via a central system for your comfort. There is also a separate air conditioning unit in the room for your personal use. Our home has an additional outside only security cctv system. Please contact us prior to arrival if you wish to hire bikes (surcharge applies). We can also store your bikes and skis securely. When booking for 2 guests the sofa bed will not be made up unless requested. An additional charge of $30 will apply. Please message us this request when booking.
