Independent accommodation, for 4 and up to 6 people, with all comforts for a pleasant stay, outdoor space, terrace, swimming pool, barbecue, in property with another home. 15 minutes from the Medieval City of Carcassonne, 1 hour from the beach, castles, Canal du Midi, vineyards and terroir, lakes, hiking trails, entertainment and village festivals promise you pleasant moments! The space Please read the description before booking, and if there are only 2 of you, please specify if you need separate beds: 40 m2 Studio/Loft with air conditioning, plus 18 m2 mezzanine beds on the floor, sloping roof with a ceiling height of 95 cm to 1.45 m. It consists of an equipped kitchenette including a portable induction hob with two burners, a multifunction oven, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a raclette set, a pancake maker, a rice cooker, kitchen utensils and dishes. The living area consists of a living/dining room with sofa bed, smart TV with Netflix, table and chairs. Shower room, small but well arranged with sink and toilet. The property sleeps up to 6: - 1st sleeping area arranged in a loft style closed by a removable flexible separation (curtains) including 1 double bed 140 X 190 or 2 single beds according to your needs on request. - 2nd sleeping area in mezzanine, includes 2 single beds 90 X 190, with Netflix connected TV. Access by retractable staircase, the mezzanine space is very low ceiling ideal for children and young adults, not suitable for infants and people with reduced mobility see photo (in roof under slope with a ceiling height of 95 cm to 1.45 m) - 3rd sleeping area (living room) with 140 X 190 convertible sofa bed. Sheets, towels and tea towels provided. Free WIFI. You can also have on request a small portable mechanical washing machine with a capacity of 4 kg, very convenient on vacation. The outdoor space is shared with the owners, with enough space for everyone.
