The space The 30 sqm apartment is located at the foot of the wooded Clev-Hang in our historic house from 1845 and has a separate entrance that you can reach via a small staircase. Look forward to an open-plan apartment that combines modernity with history! In your newly renovated accommodation, you will find original old wooden beams as deliberate style elements that date back to the original construction of the house. Your apartment is fully equipped: Relax in an open living area and sleep in a comfortable queen-size bed (155 x 200 cm). In the living area you will find a sofa bed and a kitchenette with induction stove, oven, hood, fridge, sink, kitchen utensils, French press (coffee preparation) and kettle. You can sit on the blue couch or at a bar dining table and enjoy your favorite series on a smart TV with Netflix access. In the modern bathroom, you will find a floor-to-ceiling, walk-in glass shower that shows parts of the original masonry of the house from 1845. Connect the bathroom mirror to your smartphone via Bluetooth and play your favorite music while individually selectable light scenes invite you to relax. Guest access In our garden you will find plenty of space to relax. The large trees below the Clev-Hang invite you to linger with shady spots. Feel free to end the day with a glass of wine on our terrace. As a special highlight, our Scandinavian barrel sauna is at your disposal. Here you can not only relax and sweat, but also relax with a view of the idyllic garden and our historic house. Important note on sauna use: On request, our guests can reserve the sauna for a fee of 10 euros for two hours. Two hours typically include 1-3 sauna sessions of 15 minutes plus individual rest breaks. Sauna time is between 10 am and 10 pm. Alcohol is not allowed in the sauna. Sauna use is at your own risk and should only be done if you are in good health. Other things to note The stylish apartment is in a very quiet, old residential area with farmhouses and single-family houses with gardens. Our property is located at the foot of the wooded Clev-Hang, so our garden with several large trees and many flowers is very protected. It is only about 1.5 km to the Kiel Canal and the Burger/Burgholzer Moor. Our street is about 10 minutes' walk from the center of Burgs, which offers all the amenities (shopping and dining, bakery, cafes, post office, pharmacy, etc.) for daily needs and can be reached on foot via a historic stone staircase along the wooded Clev-Hang. From the slope you have a beautiful view of the Burger Moor and the Kiel Canal. Along our street, there are many free parking options in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Even larger vehicles such as RVs can be safely parked within walking distance.
